How It Works

A straightforward referral process

This program is designed to be simple. You recommend Xeeni, the client confirms who referred them, and we handle the rest through the normal design, sales and installation workflow.

  • Tell the client to name you or your business when they speak to Xeeni or at the first design visit.
  • The designer records the referrer in the client sign-in and CRM job notes.
  • Sales or admin confirms installation and the final invoice before marking the referral as confirmed for payout.
  • Payouts are processed monthly.
Validation Rules

What counts as a confirmed referral

  • Commission is paid monthly after installation confirmation and final invoice or agreed deposit threshold.
  • Commission is calculated on final order value excluding VAT.
  • No commission is paid on cancelled, refunded or chargeback orders.
  • Internal Xeeni leads are excluded.
  • Any disputes should be raised within 30 days with client confirmation and designer notes.

Tell a client about Xeeni and ask them to name you or your business when they book or during the design visit.

Confirm

The Xeeni designer asks who referred the client and records that referrer clearly in the job file and CRM notes.

Paid

Once installation is confirmed, the referral moves into the next monthly payout run and the commission is issued.

Commission Tiers

Clear payouts based on final order value

Commission is based on the final order value excluding VAT. Use these tiers as the standard payout structure.

Tier A

£200

For confirmed orders from £1,500 to £3,499.

Tier B

£400

For confirmed orders from £3,500 to £6,999.

Tier C

£700

For confirmed orders from £7,000 to £11,999.

Tier D

£1,000

For confirmed orders of £12,000 and above.

Example

A £8,500 fitted wardrobe order falls into Tier C and pays a £700 referral commission.

Payout Notes

Minimum payout can be set to £50 if required for operational handling.
